Farm to Table, Fine Dining, Notable Chef, New American
The first of Tom Colicchio’s restaurants opened in 2001, Craft is still one of our favorites. After moving from Grammercy Tavern, Colicchio really launched the trend of farm to table. We’ve not visited Craft since the inception of our website. Shame on us.
We recently stopped into the bar at Craft after attending an event in the neighborhood. As we enjoyed our cocktails we reminisced about the time we took my Aunt Christie there and recalled the Jerusalem artichokes…and the time we had our ‘combined’ birthday dinner there back when we lived in Hoboken. Good times and really great food.
Craft is back on our radar. We’ll do a full write up in the coming months.
